Surpassing ourselves each year is undoubtedly our main driver of motivation and challenge. Developing value-added products and services for our clients, listening to their needs and detecting new market opportunities allows us to continue being the main Assistance Company in Uruguay.
This year that has ended, we obtained a 40% growth in our sales compared to 2018. We were able to finalize new commercial agreements and design new products that allowed our clients to strengthen and develop their own portfolio. In this way, we contribute not only to achieving greater loyalty, but we also generate additional economic income. NATIVA CABAL, FASTCRED, FUCEREP, WENANCE, FARMACIA SAN ROQUE AND PASSCARD, are some of our main clients.
We develop and promote 4 new business lines that are part of the group; Servicios YA, a platform for requesting services through an APP; My Global Assist, International Travel Assistance Company; Coopera, a cowork in which we will incubate high-impact ventures for society; and MashKady, the Discounts and Benefits platform that allows access to more than 300 businesses.
But what makes us most proud is that for another year, we can say that we continue to strive to be closer to people at key moments in their lives.
We are there for any need for your vehicle, when you need assistance or support due to a health problem, when you have a technical problem or require a repair at home, or simply when you decide to enjoy a trip. We have achieved all this with a satisfaction rate of 99%, which motivates and commits us to continue our purpose: to improve people’s quality of life.
For this year 2020, we continue with the same challenge of continuous improvement, but we redouble the bet with new projects of Internationalization of RUA Assistance in Latin America and Servicios Ya! in the United Kingdom.
